The ultimate vegetable (pickled or not) side dish gets even waaay better when you make it into a Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew). This is served best during cold weather. Let the spicy kick wake you up, then calm you down as you sweat and enjoy the meal. It works best if it’s paired with white rice (sorry we only had brown. hahahuhu)
